  1. It says that the dimension of the MA620M is 165mm but the Aircooler dimension clearance for the K500L is only 163mm, I would like to know if anyone has experience on this 2 combination or is it safe for me to assume i can squeeze it in. Since they are both Cooler Master's product I would assume they thought of this?
  2. So I recently installed a new motherboard into my PC. I upgraded from an MSI X370 SLI Plus to an MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi motherboard. I have the CPU cooler attached with the provided RGB controller and going to the JRAINBOW1 pin header for the aRGB on the motherboard. On my old motherboard, the LEDs at least lit up, but they just flashed this white-blue color. On this new motherboard, they don't light up at all. I've tried connecting the aRGB cable directly to the motherboard, I've also disconnected it from the motherboard altogether, and neither way am I able to get the LEDs to light up again. The controller is showing it's getting power with it's blue indicator light, but it's not actually controlling anything. I've rebooted and reseated the cables and computer multiple times to no avail. The motherboard doesn't even seem to seem to register that the cooler is even connected. I'm at a loss for what else to look at and would appreciate any constructive ideas.
  3. Title. My ram is too big to normally fit and I can't lose those R G B style points. Also, bonus question: Can you disable the RGB on the fans? Edit: Bonus bonus question: Can I replace both fans?
  4. Cooler Master bills the MasterAir MA620P as compatible with Asus Aura Sync. Can anybody help me figure out how to actually make them work together? I have an Asus B450-F Strix motherboard with a pair of 4-pin RGB headers. The logical (indeed the only) way that I can see to connect the cooler to the board is to hook the included 4-pin Y splitter from the fans to one of those RGB headers, but when I do that the fan lights don't come on at all. The Aura app lets you change the colors for each RGB header individually so I tried cycling through various options for the header the cooler is connected to, but none of them yielded any result. I know the lights on the cooler fans DO work and I didn't just receive a pair of defective fans, because if I connect them to the controller Cooler Master includes (which itself connects to a MOLEX) then the fan lights come on immediately and I can cycle through the colors/patterns using that in-line controller. What am I doing wrong here?
  5. So I have 2 4 pin connectors on my MSI Tomahawk board - but the connectors for the RGB labeled for MSI have a block-out where the third pin would go, and a 3 pin on the Gigabyte connector. I have NO idea how to connect these to my Motherboard so that I can have the RGB work? If it can't connect to the motherboard, am I going to be able to use the RGB in that at all?
