I have a Coolmaster Case RC-692-KKN2 I built a computer in 2010 with this case. I am building a new computer using the same case but I have misplaced or lost the manual for the case. Can someone tell me what the ports/switches on the top of the case control? Thank you Elliot
Hello everyone. My project build is almost completed, with the exception of the two connectors, illustrated as A&B in the attached photo. I know several others have asked for similar help in the past. Unfortunately, those links referencing useful (wiring diagrams or manuals) previously posted in response to such questions, by this user group, appear to be currently unavailable. So here I am, repeating the questions, "What are connections "A" and "B" for, and whereabouts on a motherboard like the Asus Prime X299 Deluxe II, should they be connected? I see no matching ports on my mobo to accommodate these two connections. Perhaps conversion cables are required? Until I get this wiring sorted out, this build, is pretty much at a stand still. Useable current links to any Wiring Manuals, specifically for the Trooper SE, or simply your helpful comments, would be appreciated.
Hi, I have a new SK650. The "manual" (if you can call it that) that comes with the device is nearly useless. Is there any better documentation for this device? Many of the Function key combinations do not behave as described in the manual or react at all. There are also no instructions for how to save profiles, reset the device, reset specific features, and more. For $150+ product ($149 plus tax and shipping) I think Cooler Master could do better. Thanks.
I've just completed my first PC build using the MC 500mt as the case. There's a control box on the back for the fans and the rgb lighting included with the case. I cannot figure out the wiring for this as none of the fans or the rgb panel inside the case are working. When I figured out that software was also required I installed it only to receive a message to "Plug in your CM device to get started. The instructions that came with the case are useless or I'm just too new at this. I assumed the "controller" would be set to go but I'm guessing that additional wiring is required. Fans are plugged in, rgb light panel is plugged in, there's one pin plug in the bottom left side and one connector on the bottom right without anything plugged into it. Is that suppose to be connected somewhere somehow? Thanks for any help. Guessing it's something simple. Better documentation Cooler Master please!
