  1. Good Day, I was very pleased and delighted on the return of SickleFlow Fans at CES 2020 but with improvements to its Bearing and Fan Blade Design hence why its named "SickleFlow Version 2/V2". But this time, it is now available in 80mm, 92mm, 120mm & 140mm Variants and I can also choose between Non-LED, Analog RGB & Addressable RGB depending on my preferences. Since Computex 2020 is less than 6 Months away from today, I would like to suggest my product ideas as early as now for your upcoming products at Computex. Since SickleFlow Fans had made an unexpected return from being Discontinued/Phased out and I also badly wanted your "Jetflo Fans" during its time of release and availability because of its exceptionally high airflow for a 120mm Fan and stylish appearance but I was unable to obtain it because it was already phased out in local computer shops by the time I am about to purchase it. That's why I would also like your "Jetflo Fans" to have a Version 2 comeback at Computex 2020 but with improvements to its Bearing for higher endurance and longevity, more capable motor to support higher RPM(like 2400RPM), removable Fan Blades/Spindle for easier cleaning and re-lubrication and refinements to its Fan Blade Design for even higher airflow(like 100CFM). I would also like your "Jetflo Version 2" to be available in at least 120mm, 140mm & 200mm Variants and I would like to be able to choose between Non-LED, Analog RGB and Digital Addressable RGB Variants so everyone can choose according to their needs and preferences. I am a visceral hardcore Coolermaster supporter since 2011 so I hope you will take serious consideration of my product ideas. I also hope your R&D Team for Fans and Coolers will get hold of this message.
  2. Hello, I've recently purchased a JetFlo 120mm fan to mount on my case - rear mount. Now that I mounted it, I can't secure the side panel completely. It touches the JetFlo's round screw head and leaves a gap between side panel and casing. Can you guys let me know the type of screw it has? So I can find similar screws with a flat head and then secure the side panel. I tried the screws came with my casing and used for other case fans, but they didn't go with JetFlo. Came across similar screws, but not sure if it has the same thread or not - M3 / M4 / M5 Thanks.

  12. Hello, lately I received (finally) my enforcer case (without the side fan). I've noticed that it comes with the Megaflow front fan and another pretty simple rear fan. I wanna know if having 1 Megaflow front fan and 1 Megaflow top and 1 Jetflo rear fan is enough for overclocking or should I maybe use x2 Jetflo in front, x2 Jetflo in top and x1 Jetflo in rear? Also, I wanna get the Seidon 120XL and I would like to know if I can fit Seidon 240M in my case on top or not? And if I will get 120XL, can I change the fans to whatever fan I would like to put there in the size of 120mm (something like SickleFlow)? Thank you!
