  1. Hey. So I'm making this in hopes that Cooler Master themselves might see it. I have looked at the options for contacting them on the support page (https://account.coolermaster.com/Modules/eRMA/Member/Support.aspx) but none of them seemed to fit what I needed, so I'm making this thread instead. So as the title says, I need a new I/O panel for my case. This is the case in question: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/haf-912-plus/ I've looked at the Cooler Master online store, but the exact I/O Panel I need looks to be out of stock: http://www.cmstore.eu/spare-parts/haf-912-plus-i-o-panel/ I can't find it anywhere else either. What I need to know is, will they ever become available again, or if not is there any other way I can get a replacement? If not, what is compatible from what is available? Thanks.

  3. Hi you guys, this is my first post. I'm a big fan of Cooler Master products. I have the Scout 2 Advanced case and enjoy it very much. Unfortunately, one of the USB 3 ports on the front i/o panel is fried and I need to replaced the entire front i/o panel. My part request has been approved, I'm waiting for it to arrive by mail. In the interim, I need to find out how to disassemble this case and I haven't a clue how to go about this, so I can replace the front i/o panel. I don't want to destroy or damage the case, while attempting to replace the front i/o panel. I've searched for days and can't seem to find any documentation, showing how to replace/remove the front i/o panel. Has anyone done this before and can you give me any tips or pointer on things to watch out for? Any assistance that can be provided with this issue, would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Cosmos 1000 I/O Panel

Good day people, my name is Simone and my this is my first post. Nice to meet you all. I have a question for you. I'm a proud owner of a Cosmos 1000 case since 2007 and in my opinion it is a fantastic case yet so I don't want to change it . Unfortunately after 7 years of honourable service the top I/O panel stopped working. I can't use the usb ports. I would replace the panel and I know I can use the Cosmos Pure or the Cosmos S I/O panel but I can't find them anywhere. Do you know where I can find the whole panel or if i can replace only the usb ports? Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.
  5. HAF 923 I/O Panel Instructions?

Hey folks, I recently purchased a replacement I/O Panel for my HAF 932. I wanted to install it, but it didn't come with any instructions. I looked on the web site here: http://www.cmstore-usa.com/haf-932-i-o-panel-oem-package/ There I found a link to a "How to" here: http://cmupload.coolermaster-usa.com/cmstore/tutorial/HAF%20932%20Top%20Panel%20Replacement%28new%29.pdf However, when I follow that link, I get an OwnCloud "Cloud not found" error. I tried calling tech support but ended up on hold for over two hours. (I had plenty to do, so I just let it sit. It kept saying "There are 3 people in front of you..." then when it would get down to 1 the phone would ring, but no one would ever pick up. Then it would go back to "There are TWO people in front of you." Annoying. Can anyone point me to this document? Thanks!
