  1. So I had bought the Hyper 212 Black edition for my ROG Strix B450 F motherboard. I currently am having a problem where the backplate will fit to the AM4 socket but the heatsink itself doesn't seem to be wide enough to reach the mounting screws. I did view the instructions and made sure the backplate was properly installed. My problem is the heatsink itself not being capable of reaching the rest of the mounting screws. I've sent in a support ticket also, at the moment I'm looking to see if this issue occurred to anyone else, if so have you been able to resolve the issue. Thanks for your help in advance.
  2. I recently purchased a Hyper 212 Evo, but I lost one of the mounting nuts (part label 'F') for the AM4 socket. What is the specifications of the nut, so I could replace it from a hardware store? Thanks! Manual_-_Hyper_212_EVO.rar
  3. The backplate on the Cooler Master Hyper 212 black edition does NOT fit and CANNOT be installed flush on the Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 7 Wifi motherboard as it conflicts with an existing metal shroud on one edge (with one tab potentially pressing on motherboard solder joints)... SEE ATTACHED IMAGE. The only apparent way to correct this is to cut down two of four tabs that protrude on the backplate, something completely unacceptable in my mind for a new PC build worth thousands of dollars. Any suggestions or workarounds for a more aesthetically appealing solution? Thanks.
  4. Ordered a 212 turbo box and instructions are all saying it's am4 compatible yet the mount doesn't fit! Whats everyone's experience with this cooler and ryzen ?
