  1. Project Gemini

Hi everybody, so this Is my first time entering this competition. I'm pretty new to pc case building and modding and I only have one bigger project I've completed earlier so this will be alot of fun and off course a competition makes it even more interesting. I will be trying a special solution for the radiator mounts since i will make them as "one" unit with a sort of Push-Pull-Push configuration with the fans. This will require some pretty unusual mounting but i have an idea that I will try out and make work on this build. Feel free to let me know what you think of this idea (you can look at the drawings of what I mean). I've just started the scratch build I will enter in this competition so I will try to post new pictures of the progress as soon as I get stuff done. Hopefully you will like what I'm doing and I'm always open to constructive feedback and ideas, so don't hesitate to comment the build if you have any questions or anything you like to say The drawings I've added to this log are here to give you an idea of the final product of what I'm making so some things will probably change during the build and the colours are not decided yet. I was even thinking about making it a "Hotline Miami" colour theme at once but I will wait and see how i feel about that after a while. Hope you will enjoy my worklog and good luck to everyone out there!

  6. DWR 2.0 [Desk Master]

The task: Build an gaming set up for my wife and I to fit in my new apartment. This was to be my first scratch / custom build, I call it the DWR. 1. Space is at a premium, and the desk must accommodate to PCs and two people at the same time. This can only be in one location in our apartment, the maximum size for this build 2.5m x 1m 2. The desk must look appealing to gamers and non-gamers a like. 3. This will not only be a command centre for gaming, but also will need to function as a work space for study. 4. I want a minimalist design with effective cable management for all of my peripherals. I bring you DWR [Desk Master]. Huge thanks to Cooler Master for providing me with a Nepton 120XL all in one CPU cooler!
  7. REDLINEelite Desk/PC MOD - Scratch Build

I have built a few of these desks. And each time I have upgraded and learned from mistakes. This something I love doing. I love computers and I love wood working. I use to build houses and desks so I have learned a few things I started out with 2 sheets of MDF board. First, screwed top and mid section together to make sure the hole was the same size Time to build the sides, backs, and fronts. A digital picture frame was going to show desk name but decided not to install that there. I lost many pictures due to HDD crashing. But built the box connected to top piece. Glue the inner trim down. The glass will sit on that Made a mount for Picture frame Project was put on hold for a little while. Cut 4 1/4 inch holes for 120mm fans. That tan thing was a support in a kids play table i found. cut it up to fit a 12 inch neon behind Mounted the box/top to the bottom of the desk and realized what I did wrong So I did what I could to make it work Now it starting to look like a desk Time for some paint I bought the wrong trim but I made it work. I think it came out great Custom switch panel Again, I have lost many pictures but here it is with hardware inside. Doesn't look too bad. Im sorry again for the lack of pictures. here is the desk up and running and there is more to come. Modded a sealed loop to cool it and got some new hardware. I have a few pictures of the desk as it sits right now. Time for some upgrading that was long overdue. Carbon Fiber vinyl the entire inside box. New mother board tray covered Got my Custom vinyls made just for this desk And this monster still is not finished. But for now She looks good. New build coming soon. Thank you looking
