  1. So here is my situation with this case. I got the case back at the end of October and absolutely love the thing. I had the case RGB lights all set up and it worked perfectly with my M/B (I've been using Gigabytes RGB Sync to control the lights). Then a little more than a week or so ago it started acting up. Now at first I wasn't sure what was going on but the RGB on the case was no longer matching that of the M/B when the case RGB was on the M/B setting. For whatever reason the case seemed to be stuck on a light blue / cyan color no matter what color my M/B was at. It is important to note that the case cycled through each color correctly in cycle mode and the static colors worked just fine too, it was just the M/B mode. So I opened the case up and had a look inside, made sure everything was plugged in and nothing got loose. Doing so sort of fixed the problem but now I'm not sure what is going on. For purple, dark blue and light blue the color on the case and M/B are matching. But if my M/B is red, green, yellow and orange the case will be a random color, no rhyme or reason to it. Now I have no clue if this is a case issue or an RGB Sync issue at this point. I know a few other people are having issues with this case and its RGB functionality. Anyone have an idea what might be going here or a potential fix?

  3. Hi there, I just unpacked the Coolermaster Cosmos II case from ebay. The package seemed to be in orginal seals. But after unpacking it, I found that three of the cables connected to the fan control panel are without connector heads, and the inside copper wires are exposed directly. I did some research on the internet, and figured out these three cables are HDD LED, Reset SW, and Power SW. I will attach images below. Image 1 is what it looks like at the moment, and image 2 is what it should be. Because the purchase date is July 8th. It is almost one month past. I have no idea that it is a faulty good from the ebay seller or it is a mistake made by manufacturer. So, I am wondering that if I want to repair the cable where i should return the case? should i return it to ebay seller? Or should i return it to coolermaster as i think it is within the warranty you should provide? I am living in Sydney in Australia. Please advise me the next step i am supposed to do. And please respond to me as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
