    MasterBox5 SSD Pocket/bracket

I have the MasterBox5 MCX-B5S1-KWNN-11 case and I am in need of extra SSD brackets/pockets. I am located in the USA. The US CoolerMaster store does not carry the part(s) I require and yet The EU store does. The US site does have brackets/pockets for the MB5 Lite, but I am told by CoolerMaster twitter page the the Lite bracket will "kinda fit, but there is a height difference.". I am not exactly sure what they mean by the height difference as I was specific in my question to the about compatibility. To be honest I don't see why the EU store carries the item in question and the US store does not. I would order from the EU store but I am NOT willing to pay the overseas shipping prices.
  2. I bought the Cooler Master Hyper 212 led turbo about 7 months ago (August 2018), and to my surprise, the included AM4 mounting part, was just a strap that holds the cooler against the mobo by sheer pressure. This also means the cooler faces upwards, and it picks up the hot air coming out my Gpu, which obviously hinders it's efficiency, making it pointless to have such a cooler in the first place. Right now the cooler is back in the box, and I've been using the stock wraith stealth cooler, which prevents me from achieving the overclock I had in mind for my cpu. Back then, after searching for a bit, I found another forum post about this exact issue, and there, it was suggested to file an Inquiry ticket on the CM Fanzone customer support, which I immediately did. I got an almost immediate response, so I got my hopes up. But after about three months (late November) of pointless conversation through the inquiry message system, they finally sent out the part I needed. The same weekend I got a package from CM with the part, but turns out they sent THE WRONG ONE (image attached). The inquiry clearly was about the Hyper 212 Led Turbo, not the Hyper 212 Evo. I already attempted issuing another ticket back in December pointing out the mistake but gotten no response. The part I require is RR-AM4B-212L-R1 Also, have in mind I live in South America, and as far as I know, I can't buy the part from the CM Store, so no hopes getting it from there. Tl;DR: Is there another way to get the bracket, since it isn't available in another international store? Any help, or advise would be greatly appreciated, and sorry for any inconvenience.

Where can I buy spare parts?

The CM USA online store is down. Does anyone know where spare parts can be purchased until the online store is back up? I tried calling Cooler Master and they don't answer their phones or respond to their voicemails.
  4. I'm trying to install a Hyper 212 EVO heat sink on an AMD FX8350 chip (AM3+). The mounting bracket opening is 2.6cm x 2.9cm. The AM3+ chip is 3.7cm x 3.8cm so the bracket will not seat around the CPU and leaves a gap between the CPU and heat sink of about 1/16 inch. Is this the wrong bracket? Specs say Hyper 212 EVO is compatible with AM4, AM3 and AM3+. Any thoughts? Ideas? Did it ship with the wrong bracket?
  5. Hi everyone, I am looking for this kind of ssd tray: https://www.cmstore.eu/spare-parts/trooper-se-ssd-bracket This would be good for me except that I have a Cooler Master MasterBox MB511 PC case and this tray maybe will not fit. Does somebody know where I can get one of it? I attached what I want to get. Thank you in advance if anybody can help me.

  7. My computer recently died. I had an AMD now I salavaged some parts and have an Intel 775 CPU. The brackets and chassis was for AMD but won't fit the 775. I can't easily find a replacement. The one I did find was on the Cooler Master website but says it's out of stock. Is there one I can use that isn't out of stock or anyone have one they're willing to sell me?
  8. To make the V8 cooler AM4 compatible, I grabbed the Cooler Master bracket RR-ACCY-AM4B-R1 from Micro Center. The other bracket RR-AM4B-H212-S1 will not work; there is a large stud from the screw at the center of the X that will push against the V8 block. Anyways, You will need to file the edges of the bracket down slightly as shown in the photo to accommodate the slightly wider V8 block. Once you do that, clean up any of the metal filings and you're good to go. The thumb screws will need to be loosened quite a bit because the V8 block is pretty thick. Hope this helps anyone interested. Also, I did replace my stock fan with a Noctua NF-F12 PWM fan. Works great. Fan removal procedure can be found in the Cooler Master Knowledge Base, but it's pretty simple.
  9. Hi, I have recently bought the Mastercase Pro 5 with the Tempered Glass panel. I plan to use it for watercooling in the future but I can't find the 360mm bracket? Where do I look for it? Also, does anyone have suggestions on dust filtering. Thanks!
  10. I received a defective AM4 bracket whereby one of the two finger nuts Nuts did not have a thread inside so am unable to tighten the heatsink onto the motherboard. Does anyone know what size/standard the finger nut is so maybe I can go to the hardware store and see if they sell a similar size nut?

    Seidon 240V installation

**************** Nevermind this thread, I found the solution, there was another bracket with the motherboard all along....**************** Could someone close the thread please? "Hello all, I recently bought a Seidon 240V AIO liquid cooler, but I have trouble installing it. It seems that the locking/mounting bracket is not compatible with the motherboard's socket (2011-3), even though according to the specifications of the cooler it should be. Here are couple of pictures of how it looks like when I try to align the screws The motherboard is the ASRock X993-ITX/ac: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/X99E-ITXac/ The CPU is i7-5820K: http://ark.intel.com/products/82932/Intel-Core-i7-5820K-Processor-15M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz Has anyone had an issue with this? Any tips? Thank you!"
