  1. The backplate on the Cooler Master Hyper 212 black edition does NOT fit and CANNOT be installed flush on the Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 7 Wifi motherboard as it conflicts with an existing metal shroud on one edge (with one tab potentially pressing on motherboard solder joints)... SEE ATTACHED IMAGE. The only apparent way to correct this is to cut down two of four tabs that protrude on the backplate, something completely unacceptable in my mind for a new PC build worth thousands of dollars. Any suggestions or workarounds for a more aesthetically appealing solution? Thanks.
  2. I have the masterfan pro 120 kit with four rgb fans and a controller. The fans work fine when running with the power cables connected to mobo pins only....but when i attempt to connect the rgb cables to the controller, connect it to usb header, and connect it to a SATA power strip, the system shuts down immediately after bootup. Any suggestions? I'm using GA Z270X Gaming 7 MOBO.
