  1. im having problems installing the hyper 212 black edition fan onto the heatsink i dont know how to use the wire brackets to connect the fan to the heatsink and there are no videos to be found usually the videos are on the rgb version and the installation for that part is different and none of the other ones dont show the installation so maybe if i could get like a video or something that would help me a lot
  2. So, the Cosmos C700p black edition supports two 5.25" bays. However, in order to use the second slot you have to remove the front fan bracket as it is too tall. Does anyone know if a shorter bracket is available? It is a little stupid to be stuck having no intake fans on the front of this case in order to use a disk drive and a card reader.
  3. Hi, I'm thinking of buying a MB520 this weekend. I was wondering if it's possible to control the rgb fans using the cooler master master fan rgb software if I were to connect them to my motherboard as I have read many bad feedback on using the rgb fusion 2.0 software for my gigabyte motherboard. I have just submitted a ticket to coolermaster but since the weekends are just a few days away, I figured any help would be great asap. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
  4. Hi all, So I have plan for the following fan in my system with an Aorus X470 Gaming 7 motherboard 2x MasterFan MF120ARGB 3 in one (6 fans in total) 1x MasterFan MF140 ARGB 1x MasterFan MF140 RGB The 140mm fan will be the standalone and plug straight into the mobo. That aside I am struggling to figure out the arrangement for the remaining 7 fans. I am considering the two options below: Option 1: Using the small ARGB hub included in MF ARGB kit: The drawback of this is that it can only support up to 6 fans so the MF140 ARGB will have to be wired directly to the motherboard. I cannot use two controller as the Masterplus software does not support 2 hub at once Option 2: Using the bigger ARGB hub: I contact Cooler Master Rep and they said this will be released towards the end of the year as a standalone unit With this I can wired all my fans to one hub and control it from the MasterPLus software. The drawback is that I have to wait till some indefinite time in the future I have some questions as below: Which option should I go for? What cable is required to connect the controller to the motherboard through the micro usb header connection and where to buy it? I was searching for that everywhere and have yet to find an answer. Can I plug all 7 fans daisy chain to one small argb hub? what happen when I plug an RGB fan to an ARGB hub?
  5. Is there anyone alive? need help
  6. Just trying to find out the screw type and length that come with the ML240L RGB Cooler Master AIO which allow you to connect the fans to the rad?
  7. Hey everyone, Trying to completely clean and rinse out this NotePal X3 I bought for cheap. I took everything apart, what remains is the fan in the middle. I cannot seem to get it out. The user manual has not been helpful in this regard. Does anyone have any information if/how you can take out the fan?

  9. I recently bought a Cooler Master SF120R ARGB case fan and an Addresable RGB LED small controller, because my mobo doesn't have a 3-pin ARGB header. I connected all the cables correctly, but the fan still isn't lighting up. I've been searching for hours on the forums, but I couldn't find anything! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  13. Hello everybody! I was wondering if anybody already encountered the same problem. I searched the forums briefly and didn't find anything related. I usually run my case fans - all of which are connected to the cases fan controller - at the lowest possible speed, as I hardly generate any heat inside the case. Then, yesterday, when I was working on my computer for several hours, all of a sudden, the 200mm top fan and the 140mm back fan spun up to maximum speed. I did not notice anything providing a proper cause. There was no way to get the fans back to a low rotation frequency. Though I did not expect it to work, but simply to rule things out, I tried changing the fan controller on the front panel to maximum and back to minimum, and I shut down the system, gave it some time to rest and rebooted. Didn't work. I further noticed that this happened to just those two fans, while the two front fans remained unaffected. I could still regulate those. This makes sense, as both, back ans top fan, are connected to the fan controller with the brown cable, which has a Y-connector, and should thus be attached to the same voltage. The front fans have both individual connectors. In order to rule out a fan failure I plugged the fans into the motherboards system fan connectors. I was able to adjust the fan speeds to a desired level in the BIOS ... eeh UEFI. What might have happened? If a 3 pin fan has just 2 pins connected it behaves like a 2 pin fan, right? Could this mean, that the control pin/cable failed? But wouldn't that require at least some mechanical stress or ... something? How can I find out what is malfunctioning? Is there a way to fix it? (I purchased the case just 7 month ago so I should avoid invalidating my warranty) If anybody has a clue, thanks a lot in advance! Kind regards mimesor
  14. Hello, I've bought a MB520 RGB tower and I would like to control the fans colors from my MSI Motherboard ( B360 Gaming carbon which supports MSI mystic ligth). In the MB520 product description, it is said that it is possible to control the fans with MSI Mystic. I don't find how to connect the 1-3 fan splitter of the MB520 which has a 4 pins connector on the motherboard. It seems as if I should use the Corsair RGB connector but it is a 3 pins connector. Could you please help me? Do I need to add an adapter or can I use another motherboard connector ? Regards Laurent

  18. Hey guys, So I am trying to go all rgb and i recently purchased a MasterFan MF200R which is a 200mm case fan. I am trying to fit it to a Cooler Master Haf XB EVO case. The top of the case had a 200mm blue led Cooler Master fan already there. When trying to replace it, the holes are completely different. Any ideas why? Makes no sense especially since everything is the same brand. Thanks! -Mike
  19. I just got my Cooler Master MasterFan Pro 140 with RGB, non ARGB. I really do like them, the performance is really good. Sadly, for my taste the brightness isn't satisfying me. I have a huge RGB Setup, literally everything is RGB. Also i really want a Ring that is ARGB around it, just like the corsair ones. But i do not want to buy the corsair ones.
  20. I recently bought a 3-pack of the MF120R-ARGB fans, planning on hooking them up to the addressable RGB header on my ASRock B450 Fatal1ty Gaming K4 motherboard and using the ASRock software to control the lighting settings. However, the lighting does not respond to any input that I put into the RGB settings in the software. This surprises me, as on both on the Cooler Master page of the product and the retailer page where I bought it, ASRock software is explicitly outlined as compatible with the ARGB lighting of these fans. Besides not responding to my software, the fans work perfectly fine--they respond to the included controller's light settings, and adjust their speeds according to my PWM settings. I'm just not sure why the fans aren't following the software settings. Everything is plugged in and installed as dictated in the manual. When I press the button on the manual controller that tells the fans to accept motherboard-fed lighting instructions, the lights just turn off and stay off, no matter what I do in the software. Can anyone point me in the right direction, so that I can get my lighting working properly? Or is there somehow something else I may be missing entirely? Thanks. The product page on the Cooler Master site for the fans is: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/masterfan-mf120r-argb-3in1/ The Amazon page where I bought the fans from: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GSRJJTQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  21. Hello. I purchased a couple of computers a year or 2 ago . The company I purchased from does not have any fans - and their support is pretty crap ( ultimately I don't want to deal with them ) . I am in New Zealand. The computers I purchased are http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/enforcer/ Each case has a 200mm fan in the front and a smaller one at the back ( nothing on the top ) . Both of the 200mm fans make the unit sound like a small tractor , very noisy. I am trying to figure out the simplest way to replace the 200mm fan in each unit. I don't care if I get smaller fans & put them elsewhere - as long as it serves the purpose it is meant for. The page above has a "liquid cooler compatability list" - but the link doesn't seem to go to anything that actually matches the list there. I would appreciate some help. It hasn't been a wonderful experience .. and I may look at another brand in future if I can't get this sorted easily. Thanks for your time. Marty
  22. I have Motherboard Asus Strix Z270F and GPU Asus Strix GTX 1060 and they synced on same color or cycle color with aura sync.. and there fore i buy Masterfan Pro 120 (3 fan), i have follow installation guide.. there are 6 port: 1- USB Port that get USB 1- SATA Power 4- 4 slot (3 for fan, and 1 more i connect to RGB 4-pin in motherboard) but when its start well my Motherboard and GPU are synced by "breathing" color.. but the fan are cycling by it self.. i have try calibration on aura application.. when they ask "which color the strip now? (Red/Green/Blue)", my fan still cycling by it self.
  23. So I have 2 4 pin connectors on my MSI Tomahawk board - but the connectors for the RGB labeled for MSI have a block-out where the third pin would go, and a 3 pin on the Gigabyte connector. I have NO idea how to connect these to my Motherboard so that I can have the RGB work? If it can't connect to the motherboard, am I going to be able to use the RGB in that at all?
  24. So at first I thought that my "Masterfan Pro 140 Air Flow RGB" was defective, I have asked a new one for replacement but the problem is still the same. I believe it happened after the Firmware update. So the main problem is only the red color is working on the Masterfan Pro 140 Air Flow RGB, if I change the color with the RGB CONTROLLER for blue, purple or any other colors, the red leds just turn off and no other colors are displayed... The switch on the fan is set on RGB. I am very displeased with this issue and would like to know how can it be fixed. Thank you. I use also RGB LED STRIP but no problem for displaying colors effects. I have also unplugged the LED Strip to see if it could make any difference but the problem is still the same. I've made a video with my phone, sorry if the colors are not accurate, but can see what happened when I select another color than red. SEE VIDEO on Youtube
