  1. Does anyone know if I have some sort of warranty, if get my CoolerMaster ML240R ARGB Liquidcooler through the current MSI Giveaway (available in Germany)? When purchasing one of the new X570 Boards, MSI will gift you a ML240R ARGB. If somehow my AiO starts to fail or has some issues after lets say 4 months, do I have any kind of warranty or possibilty of a replacement? I already messaged MSi about this, but wanted to see if any official CoolerMaster people can provide me with an answer. Picture is ofc in german
  2. So I had bought the Hyper 212 Black edition for my ROG Strix B450 F motherboard. I currently am having a problem where the backplate will fit to the AM4 socket but the heatsink itself doesn't seem to be wide enough to reach the mounting screws. I did view the instructions and made sure the backplate was properly installed. My problem is the heatsink itself not being capable of reaching the rest of the mounting screws. I've sent in a support ticket also, at the moment I'm looking to see if this issue occurred to anyone else, if so have you been able to resolve the issue. Thanks for your help in advance.
  3. I bought the Cooler Master Hyper 212 led turbo about 7 months ago (August 2018), and to my surprise, the included AM4 mounting part, was just a strap that holds the cooler against the mobo by sheer pressure. This also means the cooler faces upwards, and it picks up the hot air coming out my Gpu, which obviously hinders it's efficiency, making it pointless to have such a cooler in the first place. Right now the cooler is back in the box, and I've been using the stock wraith stealth cooler, which prevents me from achieving the overclock I had in mind for my cpu. Back then, after searching for a bit, I found another forum post about this exact issue, and there, it was suggested to file an Inquiry ticket on the CM Fanzone customer support, which I immediately did. I got an almost immediate response, so I got my hopes up. But after about three months (late November) of pointless conversation through the inquiry message system, they finally sent out the part I needed. The same weekend I got a package from CM with the part, but turns out they sent THE WRONG ONE (image attached). The inquiry clearly was about the Hyper 212 Led Turbo, not the Hyper 212 Evo. I already attempted issuing another ticket back in December pointing out the mistake but gotten no response. The part I require is RR-AM4B-212L-R1 Also, have in mind I live in South America, and as far as I know, I can't buy the part from the CM Store, so no hopes getting it from there. Tl;DR: Is there another way to get the bracket, since it isn't available in another international store? Any help, or advise would be greatly appreciated, and sorry for any inconvenience.
  4. Hello all, I've got a MasterAir 621P designed for the TR4 socket and I would really like to mount it on my AM4 socket cpu and motherboard, but for the life of me, I cannot find any bracket adaptions. If someone could provide a link or direct me to a page or product that will fulfill my needs, I would be very grateful. My motherboard is the ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR VI HERO if that has any relevance to the topic.
  5. Hi all I am having a query about the ma620p can you mount it horizontally or does it have to do done vertically. I want to get this cooler for my 2700x but I do not want to mount it vertically Thank you
  6. Intel and AMD’s announcements of their next-gen Kaby Lake and Ryzen processors might have some of you wondering whether you’ll be looking at a total overhaul of your cooling and power supplies to accommodate the new chipsets and motherboards. Cooler Master, a leader in design and manufacturing computer components and peripherals, has already prepared for the launch of these CPUs so you can apply your existing CPU coolers and power supplies to the upgraded chips. Power Supply Compatibility Here is a list of Cooler Master’s power supplies currently compatible with next generation processors: MasterWatt Maker Series V Series GM Series New GX Series Air and Liquid Cooling Compatibility Virtually all of Cooler Master’s liquid and air coolers are compatible with Intel Kaby Lake’s LGA 1151 socket. For AMD Ryzen’s AM4 socket, any models lacking native compatibility can be adapted using an upgrade kit. Check the LINK for compatible models, and contact your local retailer or tech support to check for the availability of upgrade kits.
  7. Hey guys, new here. Trying to locate an adapter to make my V8 work with AM4 socket. It's the original V8 cooler.
  8. Hi, I have a Seidon 120M and I would like to buy an AM4 Socket Upgrade Kit. However, the only kit I found was compatible with the 120V only. So I was wondering if there is simply not an upgrade kit for the Seidon 120M. This is the kit I found both on the CM and NCIX website: https://www.ncix.com/detail/cooler-master-amd-socket-am4-8b-140006.htm Thanks.
  9. So I am looking to begin upgrading some things in preparation for the launch of AMD next generation CPU later this year. One of the first things on my list is a liquid cooling system for my CPU. So my question is do we know if Cooler Master (or any other manufacturers) liquid coolers will be compatible with the AM4 socket?
  10. trying to install the hyper 212 evo on a asrock ab350m pro4 mobo. a-series amd processor. the included cm backplate doesn't line up at all, and the standoffs won't fit in the mobo backplate holes. can i install the cooler by screwing the x-bracket directly into the mobo backplate without the standoffs? at this point, that's the only way i can get anything to line up.
  11. I just got a b350 motherboard and ryzen 5 1600. I was wonding if I could Use my old hyper 212 plus with the right mounting bracket for am4. Does it use the same bracket as the hyper 212 evo?
  12. Greetings. I run an Nvidia/AMD system with an FX-8350 processor with a Hyper 212 Evo as my cooling solution. I plan to upgrade my system to Ryzen soon and in preparation for this I ordered the AM4 upgrade kit and received the product today. I noticed that there is no back mounting plate that comes with the kit. The 212 Evo comes with a back mounting plate for AM3+ and LGA boards. So my question is, Will I need the original back mounting plate for AM4 or just what comes with the upgrade kit?

    Hyper 212 am4

Hello all, so just purchased my first ever CM product... a hyper 212x dual fan for the new Ryzen chip. I was directed here from the website i purchased from but the link to order the adapter says "this product configuration is unavailable"? I know that my new cooler is compatible based on the info on the splash page here. Is the adapter out of stock? If it is any idea on when it'll be available again? Or is there a step or something i am missing in ordering? Thanks in advance for any info.
