  1. CM Devastator II mouse doesn't work with my iMac late 2015 (macOS Sierra ver 10.12.5). Recently I bought a keyboard + mouse set: Cooler Master Devastator II and keyboard works fine, but mouse not. When I put mouse into usb socket mouse lights are on but nothing more happens. Is there any way to use this mouse on iMac, any drivers, or tool which can make this mouse available on iMac. Thanks up front.
  2. Hi there, Many people experiencing expeirencing same problem on their mouse from Masterkeys Lite L combo set so i decided to make main thread about this trouble. So, the static mode with option to change colours not working after some time after purchase. The light stay at cyan colour (for me) and nothing happens when clicking DPI button + back button on the side. This command (dpi button + back button) isnt totally broken because im able to change effect speed ONLY in color cycle mode - in other modes like static, static breathing nothing happens too. Tried every button combo and nothing change color in static mode. It's really annoying because mouse static light mode stuck on one colour (last user setting). It's looks like internal memory bug or something related to mouse firmware. I think best way to solve this will be make a software where we can change light via pc. Cooler Master please fix it but remember - return is not an option for some people becasue they got this mouse in set with keyboard and returns/warranty servicing must took whole set with keyboard... If someone know how to fix it please reply in this topic - let's fix that worldwide problem ! Kudos for any tips/infos/solution/answers

  4. So basically i turned on my pc today and noticed that only my left click light is working... Checked the cable, usb port, and drivers.. nothing seems to work.. What happens is that right light doesn't work at all, then it randomly turns on for few seconds, then starts to flickering and turns off again, and that just keeps repeating. I have mouse and keyboard for about 8months [images-on/flickering/off]
  5. I recently just bought the CM Storm Devastator and I noticed that there is no software to go along with it to change the DPI, etc. Am I missing something or is there no software. P.S. I mentioned changing the DPI, how do you do that?

  7. (I'm not sure if I was supposed to post this in the keyboard forum, or the mice forum, but it's a bundle so I'm not sure.) Hello CM Storm Community, I'm a new user (I just registered three minutes ago) and I am interested to see if there is any solution to my problem. So one day, I was playing CS:GO (Like normal) and I noticed my mouse started to act really weird when I fired. I would hold it down and it would only fire about five bullets and then stop, and it kept getting worse and worse. I thought it was me because it was relatively late and maybe I was just tired, but the next morning I went back on and it just completely stopped. The left-click button has stopped working, I couldn't open a file or steam or anything. I thought that maybe it was a USB issue so I moved it from a USB3.0 Port to a USB2.0 Port, and the same thing it didn't work. I plugged in another mouse (a bad cordless usb mouse) and that one worked fine. I've only used this mouse for about a month now, and the left-click has failed (mouse1). I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this? I doubt it, but I was just wondering. If there is no solution I will probably do an rma. Thanks, just wondering
  8. What is the polling rate for the keyboard and the mouse on the Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator - mouse/keyboard package?
  9. This is an open/close self solved issue. Though, I just wanted to put it out there in case anyone else came across a similar situation. Needless to say I sometimes work at night when things are quiet and recently started to notice a high pitch ringing coming from my CM Storm Recon mouse. Keep in mind it was a faint sound, but the frequency was such that it would cause fatigue and distraction. I understand that most people tend to game and are usually listening to music, headphones or have some level of background noise. So, please excuse me for my unique situation. Moving on, I was about to issue a RMA for what I thought was a faulty capacitor or some other anomaly when I came across the root cause. Just to note, the support staff had not heard of this complaint. Eric was very helpful and indicated a RMA would likely result in a replacement. It turns out that the frequency emitted by this optical mouse is directly correlated to a couple things: the surface of the mouse pad and the distance the mouse is from the pad. As a result this is exactly why I did not notice the high pitch noise prior. I recently changed mouse pads. If this is something that is affecting you try a different mouse pad or surface and it should solve the issue. The mouse pad that caused the issue for me in particular was the Mionix Sargas 900. Keep in mind this is a great feeling surface and very soft but for some reason would cause the optical sensor to ring just at the right frequency to drive my up the wall. When I moved back to the Razer Destructor 2, which is a hard surface, the frequency changed so that I no longer hear that strange frequency. I also noticed that a solid wood desk does not exhibit any annoying ringing either, but I would not suggest that for pinpoint accurate mouse use. I can literally move the mouse from one pad to the other and hear the difference. Not that I was looking for trouble, but I am glad that it was the combination of factors and not the wonderful Recon Mouse. In fact, I just ordered a second one for my other PC. Cheers, Andrew
