Hi all, I recently purchased this case paired with a gigabyte b450m gaming motherboard which has 2 fan headers and 1 rgb header. This case comes with the 3 front fans and each fan has 2 wires, 1 for power and 1 for RGB. All of the RGB wires are connected to a splitter with a 4 pin connector. The power ones are connected to a molex for connecting to the PSU. My question is, if i connect the 4 pin to the 4 pin rgb header on my mobo i will get RGB but not have any control of the fan speeds. If i took the other connecter and replaced the molex with a fan connector and plugged it into the sys_fan header on the mobo would this have enough power to run all 3 fans and also will it give me control of the fan speeds? Also, the "included* parts for this case states it comes with an RGB controller in the accessories pack but that is not the case, im assuming that the 4 pin connector has the controller built in to it and this is what they are referencing. Thanks,
I have the MasterBox5 MCX-B5S1-KWNN-11 case and I am in need of extra SSD brackets/pockets. I am located in the USA. The US CoolerMaster store does not carry the part(s) I require and yet The EU store does. The US site does have brackets/pockets for the MB5 Lite, but I am told by CoolerMaster twitter page the the Lite bracket will "kinda fit, but there is a height difference.". I am not exactly sure what they mean by the height difference as I was specific in my question to the about compatibility. To be honest I don't see why the EU store carries the item in question and the US store does not. I would order from the EU store but I am NOT willing to pay the overseas shipping prices.
