( sorry for my english, I'm Hungarian ) My PC: Cpu:ryzen 5 1600x Gpu: Sapphire Rx590 8gb nitro+ SE PSU: cooler master V550 550W 80+gold Ram: 8gb hyperx 2666mhz MB: Asus Prime A320M-K Issue: 3 weeks after I built my PC, I started to crash instantly every time I wanted to use my GPU under load, like games, so I exchanged my gpu, but with the new gpu, the issue Was still alive. I took my PC to a service, and when they tried to took apart the psu, they saw, that the calbe was burnt is to the PSU socket. I used the original cooler master cable, and the forums said, that this 2x8 pin PCI-e power connector works well with the card, but 2 power connectors would be more stabilized, but they just sent 1 cable with 2x8pin connectors, so thats why I used one, and not two, so I don't know, what to do now, or what could I do in this situation, becouse the psu killed my 300$ gpu. Please help, becouse it took me 2 months to exchange the crard, and take my PC to the service. I thought it cannot happen with a great PSU, like this, with multiplie built-in protectors, but I don't know, what to believe after this.
  2. Hi everyone! I've an issue with my masterkey pro L keyboard. Two keys doesn't work properly (D and C) sometime it works sometime not and some other time it works double or after a hit another key. Other important point the F9 key is 'broken' (the part of the switch in cross shape that allow the key to fit the switch) but still working. First, I get in touch with the seller, which replied that as there is a physical alteration of the production the warranty could not work and I have to contact coolermaster customer service to know their point of view. Then, I opened a RMA request explaining my issue and the physical alteration with pictures. The RMA has been denied. Here is a copy of the reply "We are sorry to hear this. Within the first 2 years you have to bring your faulty product back to the store where you purchased it. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Kind regards, Cooler Master". There is no mention of the 'broken' F9 key. I forwarded this answer to the seller and he replied that as there is no mention of the F9 key he can't be sure that the warranty is still ok. And that I have to ask coolermaster customer service if it's ok or not. But now I'm not able to open a new RMA to get this answer. I can only check the status of my initial request. How can I get in touch again with the customer service for this product? Beside this, is there a list of allowed "people" to repair coolermaster products in agreement with the warranty?   3. I purchased this cooler for a build a few weeks ago based on the fact that it was "Certified" to work with the asus aura software. Unfortunately my motherboard only has the RGB headers and not the ARGB headers. No matter I thought, I can use the software to sync them up. It has now been many months on and CM has not replied to any requests for updates. Until this is resolved, I will not purchase any CM products and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. Horrible experience.
  4. Hi, I was about to order my products; the Cooler Master CK550 and the MasterBox Lite 5 RGB from the EU online store, when it estimated my shipping price. But I checked the free shipping policy, where Ireland (my location) was listed as one of the countries that free shipping is applied to, so I am confused as to why I am being charged? I also found out that one of the products I wish to buy is out of stock, the MasterBox Lite 5 RGB, and I was wondering when will it be back in stock for purchase?
  5. I downloaded the Portal from CM's website, but when I try to use it, it keeps saying "please make sure that you are connected to the internet when you launch/update the CM Portal". I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times already. I already tried opening as administrator. I'm using a Mastermouse S and I am connected to the internet.

  7. Hi Guys Thanks for taking the time to read this read this. Recently I have acquired a MasterLiquid 120 watercooling kit for my system along with a brand new Z270 Gaming 7 board from Gigabyte and a Intel 7700k. Unfortunately after installing the cooler, my temperatures in-game hit 70-80 degrees Celsius. Which I find not acceptable. After inspecting the cooler (unmount+remount) and re-applying cooling paste the temperatures stay the same. I have configured the BIOS to allow the pump full performance as recommended. Now my idea is the CPU is not hitting the large cooling surface of the pump which is being blocked by the LGA socket frame. My question is: What's the difference between the MasterLiquid 120 and the MasterLiquid 120 pro? The pro variant does seem to have a small square coming out of it (don't know how to say it) which would be perfect to touch the cpu on a one-on-one basis. I'm really in need of a boost here...   8. Hi there, Many people experiencing expeirencing same problem on their mouse from Masterkeys Lite L combo set so i decided to make main thread about this trouble. So, the static mode with option to change colours not working after some time after purchase. The light stay at cyan colour (for me) and nothing happens when clicking DPI button + back button on the side. This command (dpi button + back button) isnt totally broken because im able to change effect speed ONLY in color cycle mode - in other modes like static, static breathing nothing happens too. Tried every button combo and nothing change color in static mode. It's really annoying because mouse static light mode stuck on one colour (last user setting). It's looks like internal memory bug or something related to mouse firmware. I think best way to solve this will be make a software where we can change light via pc. Cooler Master please fix it but remember - return is not an option for some people becasue they got this mouse in set with keyboard and returns/warranty servicing must took whole set with keyboard... If someone know how to fix it please reply in this topic - let's fix that worldwide problem ! Kudos for any tips/infos/solution/answers
  9. Hi! So I've had this keyboard for a few years and up until recently I hadn't tried to use to macro buttons. Now that I have, Windows 10 doesn't seem to like the CM Trigger app at all. It won't open and disables the keyboard until the app crashes and is closed. This also happens with the reset tool. Keyboards shouldn't get out dated like this, what can I do to fix this? I don't want to go out to drop 150+ on another keyboard (will be of another brand if I have to as this is an awful experience for a keyboard in perfect condition, signed by all original TSM after I first bought it and I'd rather not lose it) (Dyrus, wild turtle, regi and so on..)
  10. So basically, I've had my Octane KB + Mouse for just over 6 months now and it's been fine. But all of a sudden it stopped working. Not a single key works, the LEDs are on, kb lock is OFF. Please help, the cm my product(s) system isn't working either.

Hello everyone, i'm sorry if my english is in somewhat wrong I buy a Seidon 120v ver2 and at idle my temp a pretty high... http://i.imgur.com/hfEWJ4O.png i did what mohd noh did for is setup : put the fan on system fan header and the pump on cpu fan header My spec are : Case : Zalman Z11 Hf1 CPU: Amd A10-7850k Mobo : MSI A88X-g45 PSU: Cooler Master B700 GPU: ASUS Radeon HD 7870 ( i know it can be bottleneck by the cpu but i wont change any of the cpu or gpu ) RAM : 12Go 1333mhz ( kingston but just took it from an old acer pc, i will change it by real one, one day ) My old AirCooling ( Raijintek Pallas ) Gave almost exactly the same temp wich is quite strange for water cooling, even for an entry AIO i hope you can help me to figure out what is the problem, thanks
  12. hi, i'm having problem with installing and opening havoc's software and driver. i used Havoc Setup 1.1.3.exe to install on my win 8 x64 asus taichi 31 laptop. the install process completed with net framework didn't get to install because the version already on my laptop was higher. i clicked on the havoc shortcut icon and it appeared on my taskbar BUT it disappeared whenever i moved the pointer to it. this mean i can not access the software to fully use havoc functions. could anybody help me with this? thanks in advance. ****Solved**** solved by update os to 8.1
  13. I just set up the Stryker and almost everything on my case has worked fine but I noticed one out of the two front usb 2 ports isn't working. The two usb 3 ports work fine and everything else on top works fine but just that one port. Could this be a potential driver issue, or can a usb port be dead? If anyone can try and help me fix this that'd be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
