  1. I decide to live with the problem, but it hasn't happened for the last few weeks. I have not changed anything so whether there has been an update in Windows (I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit) or there was a hardware problem that has cured itself I don't know, but I thought it worth reporting. I will post again if the problem recurs.
  2. I have the same problem and have tried altering the mouse wheel to scroll differing numbers of lines at a time without any success, although setting it to a higher number (e.g. 5) seems to reduce the problem, presumably because you scroll more slowly. I have just changed the Horizontal Scrolling (even though the mouse doesn't, Windows thinks it does) from 3 to 1 and that seems to have improved things a bit, but time will tell.
  3. I have just tried the video buttons again (with Windows Media Player and VLC) and they work perfectly! Not sure why they didn't work before; finger trouble or perhaps I hadn't rebooted after installing the keyboard or something? Anyway, all working OK now, thank you.
  4. The volume buttons work OK, but how do I get the video stop/pause/play etc. buttons working? Windows 7 just loads the basic drivers for a HID keyboard device.
