  1. Hi Hercules, You just need to remove the front panel and then you should be able to see the I/O PCB which is secured by 2 screws, you need to unplug all the connectors from your motherboard then unscrew the two screws to take out the PCB. If you have any problems, please do let me know and I will try to further assist you. Thanks, Inferno
  2. Hi Hercules, If the case is still under warranty then the I/O PCB would be covered for RMA replacement, all our cases have 2 year warranty. The serial number is located on a bar code sticker at the back of the case, you can check the warranty at the website below: Click on the "Warranty Check" tab on the left side of the page. If the case is out of warranty you can try checking for the I/O PCB replacement on our CM Stores. For US & Canada customer you can purchase parts through our US CM Store at For any additional information you can submit a ticket at For all other countries, please visit our EU CM Store at Parts request email: Cheers.
  3. Hi Donnie, Can you please PM me the #ticket number and also your RMA#? I will contact our US team and have this resolved for you as soon as possible. Thank you.

  5. Hi Jim, Could you take a picture and show us? The Cosmos S is a very old case and sometimes description by text is not very clear, so if you can provide a picture and circle the area you are talking about, we can see if we are able to help you. Thanks!
  6. Hi Charles, You can find parts on our CM Stores, if you are located in US & Canada then you can visit our US CM Store at If you have any questions for our EU CM Store, please email them at Thanks!
  7. Sorry for the late response, if you are referring to the X-retention bracket then yes it is the same as the one used with the Hyper 212 EVO but the other accessories may be a little different.
  8. Hi Jonathan, Yes, it would be the left side panel but please do note that it only comes with the side panel with the mesh and the fan isn't included. You should send an email ( to them after you place the order to make sure they don't end up sending the wrong panel to you, better to be safe than sorry. Cheers
  9. This is an interesting idea, I will make sure to forward this to our gaming team for them to review. Thanks a lot for your feedback/suggestion! Cheers
  10. Hi Jonathan, Unfortunately if you have the transparent side panel, it is not possible to buy the mesh plate which is actually the same size as the acrylic window but we don't sell it separately. If you do want to switch to the side panel where you can mount a 200mm fan or 2 x 120mm fan, you would need to purchase that mesh side panel. If you are located in US or Canada then you can visit our US CM Store at If you are located anywhere else in the world, our EU CM Store does offer international shipping, please visit them at For shipping quote to your location, please email our EU CM Store at Thanks!
  11. Make sure that the software is not open in the background as when it is opened both Fn keys will act as a Windows key. When you close the software and it is saving the settings to the keyboard, you do need to activate the profile in order for the settings to kick in. Hold on to the right side Fn key + one of the number keys (NOT the M1-M5 keys but the number keys below the F# keys) corresponding to profile number you saved it on, the backlight of the keyboard should flash twice to indicate that the profile has been activated. Let me know if this worked for you. Thanks!
  12. Hi Paul, I am pretty sure you are referring to the pump and not the radiator, please note that all our AIO Liquid Coolers are designed with 3 pin pumps so it means that they are supposed to be always running at 100% so you do not need to worry about it. Hope this helps! Cheers!
  13. Awesome! Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved
  14. Sorry for the late reply, if the part was damaged then unfortunately you will need to purchase it from the store. For all shipping quotes and transit time info, please contact our EU store directly at I am a bit confused regarding what you described regarding the top screw, the installation is straight forward and easy so I believe you might be doing it wrong as it shouldn't be difficult at all when screwing on the heat sink. Edit: Also the top screw you are talking about on the x-retention bracket does not come off
  15. Hi Smiley, Guaranteed that it won't fit, both cases have completely different dimensions. Best Regards.
