  1. I have emailed the Dutch Cooler Masters support several days ago but haven't gotten any reaction yet. What is the expected /acceptable time for a response? Is there a phone number I can call...?
  2. I have exactly the same problem. I live in the Netherlands but ordered the PSU in Germany because it is almost impossible to get hold off in the Netherlands. I just sent off email to Cooler Master support in the Netherlands and Germany to ask about an RMA and (preferable) an exchange. No reaction yet...
