  1. Well, i've updated my Stacker a bit...

Placed the Mobo on the Left side, saver when i should have a leak at the waterblock.

    I had a leak, so I also need to buy a new GPU: ATI Sapphire X1950Pro 512Mb 265-bit DDR3

And I replaced the Aquagate from te front, to the back in the free PSU space.

Can anyone help me how to reduce the noize and vibrations of the Aquagate (especialle the pump!)...? thx!

  2. hellow guys...

I don't want to lose my guarantee on my Aquagate, and don't want to lose the air flow of the great FAN in it... So, I've add some LED's in it, on my way! :-D here's one pic...when I've more time to make some Pics I'll put them On-line...

    foto96zm.th.jpg

so there are only 4LED's added ....

  3. is there something between te 4 120mm fans?... harddisks? or empty 4-in-3 devices?....

    nice mod!

    is that a ATI9800??

i also want mine H²0 cooled, but, when i add the VGA waterblock, i didn't got any view on my monitor...

  4. if the door is vetelated enough, i don't see a problem, maybe some more noize of resistance from the door... maybe it would be even better, no dust in your radiator!... I haven't checked mine yet, but i think there will be a lot of it inside!!!

  5. this would be Awsome... The price will decrease... i guess... I'm having now a 74GB Raptor, a year ago it was also expensive! now is it double capacity... I like it... and it would be nice, if it would be possibe to better see the HDDs in a Case!!

    now i don't see them in my Stacker01 :-( ...

  6. well, i've add 4 ports of them, 'cause my mobo has only 2 headers...

but the maximum use, was 2... 'cause I don't like cablemanagement in front of my case!! only USB memory stick, and Digital fotocamera... and very often a joystick, of the SideWinder...

  7. !!!IThat's also my problem!!!.... I have purchased the Aquagate yesterday and after a complete isntalation fallowing the users manual, the problem is that the CPU temp. don't appear in the display and it's permanently blinking and beeping. After some seconds the unit shoot down te PC, and again the same if restart. I also have re-assembled the whole thing twice, turned and twisted, cleaned carefully the thermal cable and the display flashes and beeps. The CPU temp display shows --. and the tank display is about 24-25. It's the same problem that you have. I'm thinking to return the unit if the problem is no solved.

Look I got a NEW thermal cable and now it WORKS!!! Rmember NOT to put the cable BETWEEN the CPU and the COOLING thingy...or else it will fry. It's the cable thats your problem LAcalo....Im sure!

    just what i said... :-D

  8. well I think it's the sensor who's out of order...

I have the same problem with my Cooldrive4 sensors, 2 of them are already broken, 1 with damage and 1 without damage...

but I don't have problems with my Aquagate! it works perfect!!...

  9. it's a long time ago i've been here on this forum...

but here I'm with a new update of my Stacker...

---> Aquagate, painted in black a the inside, LED-fans...

I'll post more pics after my exams!!

my VGA-waterblock isn't addapted yet... there were some probs when I addapted is, think because the tension of the hoses... need 90° barbs I think... does anybody know where I can find it in Belgium?...

  10. The Tronado is a power eatter. I don't think the Aquagate will be able to handle this kind of fan. If you just want to improve the air flow, you might want to add a 60mm fan in the rear by using the 4 pin molex connector. If you install the Aquagate internally, this will also help you to reduce the noise by turn down the main fan level setting lower.

I've installed one immedeadly (how do you write? )

    see here a picture: dsc025042ye.th.jpg dsc024981eo.th.jpg

    How's the performance afterward?

the performance is pretty good... in idle (low power :-/) my P4 3.00Ghz has +-31° at fans speed 1... my Aquagate is now running for about max 1hour... does it say enough?...

  11. I don't have any idea...

still have problems with the barbs of my GPU waterblock, zo I 'm not yet able to run it... hope it works fine... think it must, better airplow in the AG, at the front in, and at the back does the air come out...

  13. this is a normal everyday barb http://www.frozencpu.com/images/products/detail_hires/ex-tub-32.jpg now they do mk reduser barbs as well i get 2 of the 1/4 or 3/8's inch barb i believe the auqagate uses 1/4 id inch tubing. ... ur local hardware store should have them barbs available . or you can check and see if a comp shop can order what u need , i would recomend u bring ur water block with you so they can get measure ments they need as well ...

thx, I think I 've found my problem! I'll replace the 'Plug & Cool corner barbs' (http://www.perfect-systems.be/info.asp?info=57755) on my Aquagate with these: http://www.perfect-systems.be/info.asp?Info=57764 so I could fit my 10mm hose of Coolermaster!

    what do you think?...

Only have one stupid problem: Ordered in the Netherlands, so I have to order it there again, but I don't care, if I can use my AG.

all my local hardware stores, deal not in Watercooling, or not in the Aqua watercooling, even not in Coolermaster! :'(...

RaptorFury I thank you a lot!

  14. what size does the block say to use ? now if u r using the stock size hoses and it is leaking then the o rings or the compression ring could be damaged . is that a normal 1/4 inch pipe fitting that goes into the block ? see if ya can get 3/8 barb x 1/4 inch pipe thread . or remove the fitting go to ur local hardware store and find a Barb that has that same pipe thread normally they are 1/4 inch pipe threads ...

what's a barb? and I'm not good at inches, but the fitting is designed for 8mm id x 14 mm od (3/8 id x 1/2 od )

what if I screw off the hook and add http://www.perfect-systems.be/info.asp?info=57767 this object ... so I could add my 10mm hose... would this fit you think? .....

I think I need as special plugin that I need to plug on my waterblock, could it be?

  16. If you do not connect any cable there wouldn't be any noise I guess...

and there are no problems if you do not connect the thermal sensors to the Cooldrive4... only if you add the cable to a fanconnection, but when u don't add a fan on the cable thre will be a sound, by pressing the rotationbutting for a few seconds u can turn of or turn on the sound alarm... but when there is an alarm, the rotation button wil flash red colour....

  17. since the rails dont let it go back very far, what is the preferred way?

I just made a bended piece of wood, who I stick on the drive (removed the front bay), the bend was equal to the bend of the frontbay of the stacker, and I've cut off the deep side of the front bay, So I only have the bend of teh frontbay, and it fit in teh rails with screws (at the farest). Sorr for my English, tried to do my best... somewhere on this Forum are some pics of my stelthed frontbays, http://www.coolermaster.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1105&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=525

  18. ok theres ur problem . the fitting is designed for 8mm id x 14 mm od (3/8 id x 1/2 od ) the reason why it leaks because them are compression fittings . use that size on the fittings if u need to drop down a size on the hose the use a conversion fitting before the block , but keep the hose to the blocks standard tubing . just a suggestion tho . i would try to keep the 8 mm x 14 mm as much as possible

so I'll try an 8mm and put them in the fittings? OR I'll try an 14mm and put him up/over the fittings?

maybo the hose wasn't deep enough at all becauseit was an 9mm I've put in the fittings?...

  19. where is it leaking from where u put the new connectors in ? or the hoses ? u can try silicone as mention earlier by dark or you can try using teflon tape on the threads . now why did u remove the original fittings ? also 1 more thing u could try to use just barbs on the block itself not the fancy 2 piece barbs just a simple barb

its leaking at the black rings, at the end of the fittings. they are original. it leaks between the black ring and the metal of the hook. realy werid, but do I maybe need some specia connectors to put in the 8mm holes of the AquagrATIx ??

the holes of the aquagrATIx are 8mm (inside), 14mm (outside)

the hoses of the Aquagate are 6.5mm (inside) and 10mm (outside)

so I put a 9mm(outside) hose between the aquagrATIx and the 10mm hose of the Aquagate (with a small converter-tube, or how do I say, the small plastic tube...(u see on the picture))

Does anybod use some Aqua VGA-waterblock?
