  1. My PC reboots as if the reset switch is pressed if someone walks by or I touch the top plastic part. The tech support told me "It's possible the I/O panel on your case isn't grounded properly" so that the I/O panel need be replaced. Is there anyone who had this problem? How was it resolved?
  2. I was told that the I/O panel need be replaced. I wonder what are involved in doing that. Does the replacement I/O panel include all those wires and cables so that I have to replace them together with the I/O panel?
