  1. Ive had a ticket opened for a defective part on my MB530P case since 5/11/2020 and they have closed it without any comments or updates.  Ticket 30461

     

    Company is pathetic.

     

    Can we get some kind of update on our tickets and requests?

    I am looking to return ALL of my cooler master products and replace with a more reputable company's products and will recommend anyone who has purchased or thinking about purchasing your products to RUN as fast as they can from this scam of a company.

      I believe they will follow up back your ticket and try reach them at FB via msg .

      + Covid 19 attacking the world might will be slow ...

  5. Hey Cooler Master, I had a ticket 30461 that was for a damaged part on my new purchased MB530P case that was closed without any update or comments. Someone requested more information which I provided immediately and have not heard anything back at all. The ticket was opened on 5/11/2020. Customer service is terrible. I have several cooler master products and have been happy with them so far, but if this is how you handle customer issues, I am going to be returning everything I can and going with another company who cares about their customers. I'll not buy another product and will never recommend one of your products again. Pathetic!!!!
  6. I have a ticket open for an issue with the front rgb panel light cable with customer service. They responded back tonight requesting some information to ship a new part such as shipping address, serial number and proof of purchase. Tried adding a comment to the ticket 4 times but it is not updating with the comments/info. Can a Mod please reach out to Customer Service to check on this? Ticket number is 30461. I just hope someone from CM actually monitors this forum. Thanks,
  7. My gigabyte Z390 master Smart Fan software doesnt even see the fans to control them.
  8. I have a similar setup. In the RGB Fusion 2.0 software, are you able to control the fan RGB individually? I can get everything plugged into the 3 pin ARGB header to light and run according the the software profile, but shouldnt we be able to control each argb device individually? Cooler master advertises that this is compatible with Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 but the control is very limited. I also have a ML240L RGB cooler, but it uses the 4pin RGB header. Again, shouldnt those be more controllable?
