  1. I've connected it to my new system (CPU i7-9700K @ 4.5GHz) and found it unable to dispose 140W and the CPU temperature is nearly 98 Celsius... -I'm using new thermal paste (Arctic 4) -I've added rings to the screw hopping it will added pressure to the block and increase the thermal conduction. What could be the problem? Isn't able to work at that condition or I have some mounting problem? Is there a way for testing the cooler? I can see the blue LED and hear the sound of the pump.
  2. I have the CoolerMaster Seidon 240V V3 Plus (2 years old) and used to use it in my i5 4690K when I OC it to 4.4 GHz. I'm building a new system based on i7-9700K (in 1151 socket) and intend to OC it to about 5 GHz. With all the cores in 5 GHz the TDP will be about 200W. 1. Is it possible to use this cooler for disposing 200W? 2. Would it be a problem setting it to 1151 socket? 3. What is the Maximum power disposal for CoolerMaster Seidon 240V V3 Plus?
