  3. Hi my name is Oriice, I am a modder based in China. After hearing about Case Mod World Series this year I wanted to bring a project that brings together what Oriice modding stands for that also connects with Cooler Master. I came up with the Zodiac Cancer project. Cancer is a cardinal water sign. Represented by the crab, this oceanic crustacean seamlessly weaves between the sea and shore, representing Cancer’s ability to exist in both emotional and material realms. Cancers are highly intuitive, and their psychic abilities manifest in tangible spaces: For instance, Cancers can effortlessly pick up the energies of a room. These crabs are highly sensitive to their environments, as well as extremely self-protective. Much like their celestial spirit animal, Cancers are shielded by hard, external shells. At first, these crabs may be perceived as cold or distant. With time, though, Cancers reveal their gentle nature, genuine compassion, and mystical capabilities. Just don't be surprised if it takes a while to get to know them. Similar to how Cooler Master was started out by the founder Roger back in 1992 from a rented apartment in Taipei through his intuition and persistence. Now in 2016, ORIICE was also started without much support and only through intuition and persistence to making the most unique, well crafted PC’s that reimagined PC designs from inside to out. I hope you like my project this year!
  4. Hi my name is Andy and I am from China. I am glad to be participating this year for the first time and will be entering my mod called Fading Time. The inspiration for the creation stems from all the time I feel just passes through us without realizing and much of this time feels wasted. I have moved the mod studio to Dalian, China for a year and want to use this mod to remind myself to be more productive. For the mod I am going for a more vintage look for the case with bronze finishing, and after I finished painting the case I will be thinking about how to do the water cooling, as I’ll need this to fit the general outlook of the vintage look of the mod. The moving clock will be a consistent feature of the mod, with a clock fixed to the front panel and a rotating look on the side panel to indicate the constant moving of time when people look at the mod, reminding you that the clock is always ticking.
  5. Hey Laurent, I received your photos but if you see this could you help me to fill out this form again. I think ther was some issues with our server and I didn't get yours.
  6. Hello everyone, my name is YU HAN, from China. I am very happy to participate in Case Mod World Series again. The last time was almost five years ago, when it was the world runners-up in the Scratch Buid category. Unfortanately this site is blocked in China so I could not share my worklog like everyone else, but please find all the pictures below. My mod this year is called "Mechanical Wasp." This work is my original work, the theme is the wasp, which uses mechanical and technological methods, and the overall work is very futuristic. If you give it an anonymous role, I hope that this wasp is a fighting hero and does not want it to be evil. . . Hahahaha. The production of the work uses a lot of processing techniques, such as CNC, 3D printing, laser cutting, and of course a lot of hand-made pieces. The production cycle of this work is also relatively long, almost more than 400 hours. Great efforts have been made in design, basically every joint can be active, including wings, legs and tails. I am still satisfied with the overall presentation. Finally, I hope everyone in the contest does well!
