Mike Muir from Suicidal Tendencies just wanted a Pepsi but found himself institutionalized. I fear that I may be destined for the same path as I am on a frustrating quest to locate a downloadable manual for the Cooler Master Seidon 120 v1 I purchased a few years ago and just decided to use. All I wanted was a manual. But no, I had to sign up for an account, then fill out a product survey, and then browse through the useless Cooler Master support site only to come up empty handed with no downloadable manual to be found.
There are probably tech companies that are HQ'd in 3rd world countries who have mastered the concept of providing downloadable .pdf manuals and they probably haven't even figured out how to feed their extended family. Guys, your support site is feces. Hire some user interface analysts and web devs and make it possible to quickly acquire the fundamental support information that all of your competitors are able to provide. Don't be mad. This advice is gold.
