SO ON FRIDAY I put together my new desktop with my Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L and 2 120 Air Flow RGB fans. The fans and RGB work fine, but you can't change the lights without the Software that won't even detect their own device. I've reseated, tested cables, uninstalled-deleted-reinstalled software so many time but they won't detect the device. The same error message pops up every time you open it "please connect you CM device"
Ok, whatever, I guess I'll just try these things all weekend thinking that myself and the hundreds of other people having the same problem with their products are the idiots, but then I try to navigate their website for support that isn't other customers trying to help each other.
I'm filled with SWEET RELIEF when I finally find a link for "LIVE CHAT" "8:30-5:30 monday-Friday" "
Well I'm in luck, it's 1:30 on a Monday, things are finally starting to work out."
And that's exactly what I told myself when I was young and innocent to the fact this company actually sucks because I click on it just to be directed to a page with a forum link and a support ticket link.
Well I already scoured the forum, I guess I have no choice but to put in a support ticket for someone to respond to in a month.
BUT WAIT, I CAN'T BECAUSE WHENEVER YOU TRY TO SUBMIT A TICKET IT GIVES AN ERROR MESSAGE! "what error message" you may ask. Well, actually it's THIS ERROR MESSAGE:
System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Web service processing error; more details in the web service error log on provider side (UTC timestamp 20190318181043; Transaction ID 00163E7A9DA91ED992B524AA65FDD861) Server stack trace: 於 System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel.HandleReply(ProxyOperationRuntime operation, ProxyRpc& rpc) 於 System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel.Call(String action, Boolean oneway, ProxyOperationRuntime operation, Object ins, Object outs, TimeSpan timeout) 於 System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannelProxy.InvokeService(IMethodCallMessage methodCall, ProxyOperationRuntime operation) 於 System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannelProxy.Invoke(IMessage message) Exception rethrown at : 於 System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.HandleReturnMessage(IMessage reqMsg, IMessage retMsg) 於 System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.PrivateInvoke(MessageData& msgData, Int32 type) 於 ManageTicketsService.ManageServiceRequestIn.MaintainBundle(MaintainBundleRequest request) 於 ManageTicketsService.ManageServiceRequestInClient.ManageTicketsService.ManageServiceRequestIn.MaintainBundle(MaintainBundleRequest request) 於 c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\b70fe884\b7c48472\App_WebReferences.c75vnijf.4.cs: 行 7715 於 ManageTicketsService.ManageServiceRequestInClient.MaintainBundle(ServiceRequestMaintainRequestBundleMessage_sync ServiceRequestBundleMaintainRequest2_sync) 於 c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\b70fe884\b7c48472\App_WebReferences.c75vnijf.4.cs: 行 7721 於 CFCMember.createTicket(String cfcUserId, String userName, String subject, String content, String ddlSerialNo, String ddlCateId, String ddlCateName, String productNo, String ddlFailureReasonId, String ddlFailureReasonName, String baseUserId, String prouductName, String area, String userEmail, HttpPostedFile myStreams, String strFileNames) 於 \\192.168.51.31\erma\dotnet.webform\app_code\CFCMember.cs: 行 619 於 CreateCaseNew.btnSaveCase_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) 於 \\192.168.51.31\erma\dotnet.webform\modules\erma\salesforce\CreateCaseNew.aspx.cs: 行 898
ALRIGHT COOL, WHATEVER THAT MEANS.
SO THEN you find a PHONE NUMBER, well maybe I'll get to talk to someone.
I dial 1 for the extension to customer support to reach the voice mailbox of Michael Cohen, so I listen to the voicemail lady "please leave your message after the tone, when you are finished with your message press pound" AND THEN IT IMMEDIATELY HANGS UP ON ITS OWN
SO YEAH THAT'S MY REVIEW THANKS FOR READING I WILL RECOMMEND COOLER MASTER PRODUCTS TO ONLY THE MOST DEMENTED OF MASOCHIST AND SATAN HIM/HERSELF
