I also can't open a ticket. Cooler Master rejected an RMA on a leaking hose and advised I get a refund through the retailer. The retailer is Amazon and I don't know if their returns policy is 30 days or if they don't accept returns because the item contains a corrosive liquid but there is no option to even try to return the item on Amazon. I provided a screenshot of my Amazon order so Cooler Master will have immediately known this. I can't help but get the feeling Cooler Master intentionally makes it difficult to go through the RMA process in the hopes people give up.
