I managed to get a whole replacement top for my case (As one strip of RGB wasn't working), but not through here or cooler master support, my retailer I bought the case from (PBTECH.co.nz) dismantled a new case removed the part I needed (The whole top including the front panel IO) couriered it to me, I replaced the part and now all resolved (Courier back the faulty part). I still haven't had any reply regarding my support ticket or staff on forums. Its the retailer here in this case saved cooler master from me getting a full refund. I'd recommend you do the same (Even though you shouldn't have to lets be honest).

  3. This is very bad service. I didnt like but understood the holiday break period (Lunar). Still no replies to any of my posts from staff or my support ticket. This is my last cooler master case, but to corsair i feel. Such a shame this case out side this issue looks so good. COOLER MASTER support whats going on? We shouldnt have to mass message posts to get responses?
  4. Sounds like me and many others. My issues relate to rgb light on the c700m though but same no reply or response from support.

I read your the one to contact to move this along. Top left RGB Strip won't work have fully removed all connections and re-plugged all in which didn't resolve issue. All others working fine around the case. C700M. " I also added my frustration to the following thread This seems a wide spread issue? Can I please get a replacement? Fix or my issue resolved outside of having to stripping out my whole build and sending the case back?
  6. So Mohd read my message sent directly to him 9 hours ago? No reply from him or my support ticket. I just spent 6k nz on a new system i custom built. I'm a certified microsoft, google, mikrotik i.t engineer. Mainly an On site technican whos known as "The hardware" expert of the company. Reason I bring this up at all is id have to not recommend to my collegues , clients any cooler master cases going forward if support is this long or bad. Come on guys wheres the support? Guess im going to have to pull out my asus rog XI motherboard, i9900k, gskill memory (Cooler Master ML360R AllinOne Watercooler), etc and sent the case back and hope (which seems like a lottery as replacements have same issue) for replacement or refund. This sucks as its such a nice product and case outside this frustrating issue?

  10. Got my Case 18th of Jan and since then been trying to get it to work glad i'v checked on here to find i'm not alone. When to create support ticket but get "Cooler Master office will be closed during the Lunar New Year holiday period, from February 2nd to 10th. Service will be resumed on the February 11th. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for this inconvenience. " Not a great start for warranty service. Guess I'll create one on the 11th (I'm in NZ we a day ahead). This isn't a cheap case i'd like to think we get better support. Regards

I've checked all cables are in etc but still can't get that strip of RGB to light up?

I also have bought the C700M Case and the Asus ROG Thor 850Watt PSU currently even with the psu shroud off completely (Which lets be honest if the part the locks into the shroud had a window would be ideal) I still have the PSU bracket hiding my OLED wattage display from the PSU. I'd be happy to pay for a different bracket that doesn't cover the left side of the psu and a different PSU shroud that on the left side as a window where the psu would fit. Regards
