  1. I can't seem to get a hold of CoolerMaster's manufacturers but I'm building an AMD-based PC and had the CM Hyper 212 Evo to install to my motherboard (MSI B450 Gaming Plus). However, when i tried to install the standoff screws (made sure they were the New AM4 ones as specified in the video tutorial by Cooler Master( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hrLwFPf45I )) for the cooler, only one of the screws screwed in right, the others were stuck in halfway, so tried many different approaches to install the screws and none of them fit in the motherboard. I resorted to the stock cooler from the AMD R5 2600 and it screwed in and worked fine in my PC. So im sure that the screws i was sent were somehow defective. I'm trying to get help from Cooler Master for a replacement of the screws, since i have a 2 year warranty on the product too. Can someone direct a employee to fix this issue from CM? As i can't get ahold of them.
