My Quick Fire Rapid (Red Switch) died a little after a year, which was surprising given how often it was recommended on other websites as a quality keyboard that would last a long time. It's lifetime was a lot less than I've had using the cheapest keyboards from Walmart. Now I sent the keyboard back at a hefty cost to have a replacement sent, and an entire month after Coolermaster received it, I have not gotten one shipped back to me or had any kind of update on my replacement. I find this completely unacceptable, and this is apparently a very common occurrence with this company. I feel I have no choice but to spread the word of the terrible product, experience, and service quality if this situation isn't resolved promptly. Also, why bother having a live support feature when no one is ever online to help?
