  1. I may be mistaken but I believe that is the Cooler Master 1 to 3 RGB Splitter cable and I think it comes with 3 or 4 of those little pin inserts to plug in 2 different RGB 4 pin 5050 cables. But I think those 4 pins at the end can be unplugged as one piece to turn the cable into a female to plug into the male header on the motherboard. (I think, I'll let someone else chime in)
  2. It sounds like you should be fine. The mounting bracket for the middle drive cages looks like it can be moved or removed to allow for the longest video cards. Your Cryorig is 160mm tall and it looks like it will barely fit inside the case as it allows for 168mm. So it sounds like you're good all around. He was recommending you try out the website since it will help by giving warnings if 2 parts are incompatible. Its a great source of information for new and experienced builders. As a side note I see you have a western digital 2TB drive for storage but I'd recommend getting a Solid State Drive (SSD) in addition to the Hard Drive. This will speed up the boot and programs running on the machine tremendously. Its quite easy to install an SSD drive, install windows 2 it and then just point the Documents / Music / Photos / etc to live on the 2TB drive for storage. I just finished building a similar system ... same graphics card, same processor, but I used an m.2 256gb SSD for the OS ... all the games/files get stored on 2 Seagate 3TB drives.
  3. Whelp.... I have the Vertical GPU Kit after long last. And I regret to say that I'm unable to vertically fit the gpu (Strix 1080 TI) and use my CPU Cooler a Dark Rock TF from be quiet! As they are trying to occupy the same space at the same time. Learn from my mistake.
  4. I was just able to order the riser kit on Good Luck
  5. I put in a help ticket about it earlier this month. Seems they're having difficulty filling stock/demand.... may be more in next month, maybe later.
  6. I went looking for what you were talking about and the closest I could find was this page. It honestly looks like someone from the marketing department took a photo of the maker 5 case and photoshoped the Ryzen / AMD logos on the front. The front actually looks a bit gaudy to me but and etching on the glass wouldn't be a bad idea. You could probably duplicate the overall "look" with either a printed transparent sticker, or you could use a dremel or etching tool on the glass/plastic with a stencil for a cool look. There may be a couple mod websites that would do it for you.
  7. I just recently purchased a Mastercase Maker 5 which is the same body style as the 5 pro, from what I've seen you probably could get the glass door and put it on the right side, However you would be doing some heavy modding, metal cutting, and nearly redesign the whole case to flip and rotate the motherboard. An example of something like this would be the Mastercase Tempest build.
  8. Finding an easy to install adapter right now is limited. CM Support told me they hope to have more in by early December. But Someone else mentioned January. Needless to say I'm not going to get my hopes up too much. There are other alternatives, you can create a spot by cutting a hole in the case and use a bolt in mount. I find this rather crude looking though. I've started looking on Thingiverse and if you know someone with a 3d printer there are printable options. I've not been very happy with any of them and I'd prefer a cleaner metal look. I'm just going to wait till Cooler Master makes them available again... as you said, not paying $40 extra to have it shipped internationally.
  9. I had an idea while putting together a new PC with a MasterCase Maker 5, I noticed there was a lot of blank space to the right of the motherboard and I know Cooler Master offers Hard Drive Cages but what if we prefer our Hard Drives to be cageless and free range? I see that CM offers a vertical SSD tray that does exactly what I'm looking for but its obviously a bit small for a HDD and screw holes. CM should think about adding that accessory to the lineup. What does everyone think? Good idea or have I gone insane again?
  10. I submitted a ticket and the support personnel said it could be back in stock by early December.
  11. I just looked it up from a couple of sources that I could find. (Bare with me as I do not work for CM and I'm new here) It looks like they will be incompatible due to the depth of the case. I put both into PCpartpicker and it lists off as a problem "Cooler Master - MasterAir Maker 8 66.0 CFM CPU Cooler and Cooler Master - CM 590 III (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case are not compatible." The Master Air Maker 8 lists online as being 6.8" tall, however the largest cooler I've found installed in that case is the CM Hyper 212 Evo which tops out at 6.26" Probably not what you wanted to hear. Good luck though!
  12. MCA-U000R-KFVB00 MCA-U000R-KFVK00 (with riser cable) MCA-U000M-KFVB00-A4 (Maker made alternative, Also out of stock)
  13. Hi, I'm new to the forums here. I just purchased a CM Maker 5 case the other day for building a new system. I've seen multiple videos and images of the CM Vertical Graphics Card Holder and I would like to procure one but everywhere I look it seems it be Out of Stock or Unavailable? I'm curious if anyone knows if this product is discontinued or just low supply and high demand? I do see that part number MCA-U000R-KFVK00 shows as being "Expected Release 29 Nov 2017" listed on the EU store. Does this mean that part MCA-U000R-KFVB00 which is out of stock is simply being replaced with one that has a riser cable? I guess I have 2 questions. 1.) Has anyone had any luck finding one for sale in the US and where. 2.) If the Vertical GPU Holder will become available on the 29th in the US store as well?
