  1. After running Prime for 30 minutes on small FFT's, temperature peaks at 60C. I have my Ryzen at stock speed. My case is an NZXT H500.
  2. To make the V8 cooler AM4 compatible, I grabbed the Cooler Master bracket RR-ACCY-AM4B-R1 from Micro Center. The other bracket RR-AM4B-H212-S1 will not work; there is a large stud from the screw at the center of the X that will push against the V8 block. Anyways, You will need to file the edges of the bracket down slightly as shown in the photo to accommodate the slightly wider V8 block. Once you do that, clean up any of the metal filings and you're good to go. The thumb screws will need to be loosened quite a bit because the V8 block is pretty thick. Hope this helps anyone interested. Also, I did replace my stock fan with a Noctua NF-F12 PWM fan. Works great. Fan removal procedure can be found in the Cooler Master Knowledge Base, but it's pretty simple.
  3. I replaced mine with a Noctua NF-F12 PWM fan. Works way better than the stock fan and you can get rid of that annoying speed controller PCI slot knob.
