  1. Hi John, The 932 Advanced manual is the same as the original Haf 932 Manual. Nothing was added to mention the USB 3.0 dock and the VGA duct in front of the hard drive cage. (Those 2 are the only differences, functionally, between both cases).
  2. Your best bet is to make one yourself using kits like these: http://www.performance-pcs.com/window-kits-molding-edging
  3. I am afraid those side panels have been discontinued. You may be able to find them at places like ebay.com. Your only other option is to make it yourself using kits such as these: http://www.performance-pcs.com/window-kits-molding-edging
  4. Hi sirhealzalots, Welcome to the forum. May I ask, is your main HDD a SATA 2 or SATA 3? If SATA 3, it is taking up the data bandwidth of the hotswap bay. The most it can support is either 1 x SATA 3 or 2 x SATA 2 drives. If its SATA 2, please make sure that your motherboard is set up to accept hot swap. You can verify this by going into your motherboard bios/uefi and go into the section in relation to SATA/IDE. From there make sure that all ports are set up for hotswap/ahci. If you have further questions, or need assistance on this matter, please contact one of our main reps who can walk you through this and/or troubleshooting the problem here: http://account.coolermaster.com
  5. Hi M. Pare, Welcome to the forum. Reading your post, it does sound like the heat sensor may be faulty on your unit. The unit in question does come with a 5 year warranty. Highly recommend that you request a replacement so we can rectify the situation. http://fanzone.coolermaster.com If you have more questions, please let us know.
  6. Hi no5killz, Welcome to the forum. In regards to your question, I am afraid that is not possible. The Storm Trooper/Stryker provide power to the 2 pin cables going to the fans. In regards to the enermax fans, they are set up as a toggle switch. Please don't connect them as it will kill your fans.
  7. Hi 99nox, May I ask, have you tried connecting it to the computer to see if it gives you the same trouble?
  8. All will fit, however the case is overkill, you don't need a big case like that unless you are planning to upgrade and add more to your system. If you are going to stick to that list of hardware and maybe add a hard drive or two, you should get this case here: http://www.microcenter.com/product/343331/HAF912_Mid_Tower_ATX_Computer_Case Fits your system perfectly and you save some money to use on maybe another hard drive or memory.
  9. Hi GrandpaGus, May we have a picture of the part of our cooler that you are referring to?
  10. Hi Ant, Welcome to the forums. Here are the answers to your questions: Front to front feet = 11cm / 110mm Rear to rear feet = 6cm / 60mm Front feet to rear feet = 35.5cm / 355mm If you have further questions, please let us know.
  11. Hi Kieranwilson32, Welcome to the forums. May I ask, what cpu cooler do you have?
  12. To remove the front panel, please pull it from the bottom side at an outward angle. It will require some force, then the front panel will pop off. If you have further questions, please let us know.
  13. I suggest you contact customer service, they can check with the rebate house if there are options. http://support.coolermaster.com
  14. Sorry to hear regarding your situation. Would you be able to PM your part request number so I can see what I can do to make this right?
  15. Sorry to hear that. Can you PM me your RMA number so I can see what I can do to speed this up for you?
  16. Hi Nox, First off welcome to the Cooler Master community. We sincerely apologize for the trouble you are getting with the Sirus. May I ask, where did you purchase the headset from? May I ask, where are you located? It does sound like the headset warrants a replacement.
  17. Hi all, I am afraid the Silencio 352 will not be available in the US region. (double checked and triple checked). My apologies for the late response, just wanted to go through every avenue of information.
  18. I am afraid there is no word on this yet for the US region.
  19. Naruto Shippuden is my fav anime at the moment too. Going to your build, if you can afford it, get a GTX 750 TI. If money is tight, look up places like ebay for a GTX 570 (should be around 200 US dollars). In regards to monitors, to get most out of your hardware i would stick to 1080p at a 24 inch monitor. You can apply the same advice as the other guys here and get a korean monitor for cheap. In regards to cases, CM 690 II or Haf XM.
  20. May I ask, is the keyboard plugged into a usb 3.0 port or a usb 2.0 port? Is it plugged into usb hub by any chance?
  21. You have to rotate that towards the left side of the case, it will then release the pci slots and give you access to video card.
  22. That depends on what you are cooling. If its a hard drive, for example, not much difference. If its a radiator on the other hand, will see 5 or 10 c go up on the cpu.
