Has this issue ever been sorted out?

I am having pretty similar issues with the mouse and software
My PC Specs :

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~4.0GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
Chip type: GeForce GTX 1080
Monitor Name: DELL SE2717H/HX(HDMI)
I tested it on another system and the issue started again today, but it was an inferior system
