Because I'm living in Croatia, everything is wrong here. I spent around 4k euros in that store and they treating me like a retard.
First of all, I have worked in computer store myself 10 years ago and I can tell that my knowledge about hardware is 10 times bigger from this guys in store.
When I got it back from Zagreb (where is official service, I live in Split), guy in store, about 20 yo tell me to put some rubber between PSU and case. I almost punched him in the face. It's trafo or some coil that producing buzzing sound all the time, while browsing web, moving mouse. I checked it with paper method, i pulled PSU outside PC to check 100%, tested with 2 more PSU, CM450 and Corsair 750. It was no sound at all. Tried with 3 GPUs, mine Strix 1070 OC, Asus's GTX 660 and 770. Problem is in the PSU.
And they have written in return description that sound is low and It's not covered by warranty lol. How can he tell me what is low or high to me, that is subjective thing for first, for second, power supply shouldn't make electrical noise at all.
Now, I need to return it, if it's under warranty, do I need to pay shipping to return, or they return, i was without PSU 3 weeks for nothing, if i return you you will just hear what i send you in the links, I can make a video about it. I can't want to be without PSU/PC 2 weeks or more again because I need it for work and for university. Can someone give me written confirmation to get new one directly from the store and return this one because I posted/tested/checked everything on my own, posted links of buzzing sound, can post video, bills and everything.
